Change in Business Direction - Archery Supplies opened the largest retail archery store in Australia in 2007 and stocked all major brands. Selling all the major brands it soon bacame obvious of issues with various brands and naturally sales became driven towards more reliable products which where well priced. We eventually concluded that PSE was the bow manufacturer offering the best products on the market and PSE accounted for 90% of our sales. We stopped selling most other brands.
We ran TV commericals and promoted archery in the local setting. However at the end of 2009 it was clear that wholesale was a major part of our business and it was necessary to concentrate on that and the internet business which was booming. We discussed this with PSE who were happy for us to progress down a more focussed path.
