I'm a very recent newbie to archery and would be looking to buy some time within the next few months. Is this a good bow for starting off, and if not, what is?

I love this bow the limbs are rock solid. You will need to eventually upgrade this bow once you become stronger and you technique improves but a good bow for the price

does this come with bow, string and arrows altogether
