could you please tell me if these guards have any padding? I have a pacemaker and because I referee touch and league, I am looking for something to cover the pacemaker and 2 wires (just under the skin) in case of an accidental blow. The pacemaker is a few inches above my left breast. I don't need full chest protection, just on my left side and something that is padded, but not too bulky like a shoulder pad. Many thanks.

I don't know of a padded chest guard, they are generally mesh to allow air flow, it is used more to tuck in clothes to stop the string hitting.
