The rubber back stop on my bow split after less than 60 shots, i have replaced it, but would like to what the cause was? Both bow and replacement was bought on your site...
No idea. It is a piece of rubber, these things are tough used on most bows, so where is the split. It could be the string is hitting it to hard so the dampener needs to be moved in a little bit. If it is splitting something has changed from manufacturer setup. They should last for ages.
Thanks for your quick reply, well answered. Yes I was looking at the slightly smaller bows earlier, but thought since I already have the strength and basic skills, may as well buy a bow I don't need to upgrade from.
Two more questions, what brand are the accessories fitted to the bow in the field ready package?
And how much would postage be to ship this item to Qld,4560?
Thanks again.
Wayne
Accessories are all PSE, the Release is a Tru Fire Hurricane - a good release. Whisker biscuit arrow rest.
Shipping $30.
Hello, just curious if this would be suitable for someone with little experience, I have used compound bows before, but never owned one.
Would it be better to purchase a twin cam and spend the extra money making if field ready?
Thank you for your time.
Twin Cam vs Single Cam - I would not be bothered either way. I have shot both and own both, once you have owned a few bows you may prefer one over the other, but it is preatty even.
Bowmadness XL - is a top performing bow, PSE staff shooters have won major shoots with this bow. The Stinger and Brute are more begineer bows but the Bowmadness is a bow to keep.
In about 2-3 weeks you will shoot it fine.
I am interested in the PSE Bowmadness XL RH 70# field ready. Listed at $1,050.
I can buy overseas quite a bit cheaper but would prefer to support you trying to survive in Australia. Do you have anywhere to move on the price, need it delivered to Warragul Victoria. Please let me know your thoughts.
The price is dropping. due to the dollar. The bow has a life time warrenty so if you buy it overseas for your lifetime you will need to send it back overseas for repair. You buy in Australia then you return it to that retailer for a lifetime for repairs. I think the warrenty is to good to miss at any price. But your choice.
