Refund Policy

We  do not provide refunds if:
*You change your mind, or
*You make a wrong decision.

For a warranty to be claimed, the goods must be within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer and the customer will need to provide proof of purchase of the product.

Customers are responsible for the costs of freight to Archery Supplies and the cost of return freight.  Customers are also responsible for the cost of labour to repair items.  Labour will be charged at $50 for limb replacement.  Products not purchased from Archery Supplies incur a $50 handling fee.

Manufacturer warranty only covers the cost of replacement parts not labour.  Strings and cables are not included in any cover.
